You walked into English class, and frowned at the sight in front of you. It was that creepy red-eyed kid.  He was surrounded by a group of flirtatious girls and that one guy. This was fine, except that he was sitting in your desk. YOUR DESK.

You walked up to the group and slammed a hand down on the desk. Every one shut up immediately.

“Who do you think you are?” You growled.

“Well, babe, the name’s –“

“Shut up. I don’t care. You’re in my seat.”

He leaned back with a smirk. You didn’t even know this kid, but oh, he just IRKED you!

“Your seat? I don’t see your name on it.” He said, kicking his feet up.

“The seating chart is up front, so technically, my name is on this seat.”

He growled and went up to look at the seating chart, but came back with a cheeky grin on his face. “Looks like were partners, babe!” He said, sitting down in the desk next to yours.

Well this was turning out fabulously. Just wonderful.

After the kid (He said his name was Al) stole your class schedule, you found out that he had two classes with you in your even/odd schedule.
This included English (which you were currently in) and chemistry.

Your teacher went over the class syllabus and started a unit on poetry. All the while Al snuck not so covert looks at you. Well, to be clear, he stared at you the entire time.

“What?!” You snapped, finally.

“Hey, I have to tell you something.” He whispered.

You looked at him suspiciously. “What is it?”

“Come closer.”

You moved your head towards him.

“Closer!”

You were almost right next to him now.

He breathed in and…

Blew in your ear.

“Auughhhh! No, ew!” You shoved his face away from you. Al just laughed as the bell rang and everyone left for their next class.

For some reason, Al had taken a liking to you. Chemistry went similarly as every time you made eye contact , and would smirk or bob his eyebrows suggestively. You would quickly look away or scribble some flustered notes. You snuck a glance and saw him staring pointedly at you. Weirdo. You blushed and his grin got a little wider.

Something hit you in the back of the head. You whipped around to face Al who was looking innocently in the opposite direction.  You turned around and felt another hit you.  And another. And- oh my gosh, how old was this kid?

Luckily, the teacher threatened him with extra school, leaving you to enjoy your chemistry class as much as a person can.

----------

“Humphhhhhh…” You plopped down next to Elizaveta and the BTT (Gilbert’s gang) with and exaggerated sigh.

Francis and Toni were too busy arguing over whether blonds or brunettes were better and Gilbert and Elizaveta were too preoccupied with cuddling to notice.

“Oh, sigh!” You said dramatically.

“But look at my little Lovi! He is muy adoribles and is a brunette.”

“Oui, but I am a blond and mon hair is magnifique.”

“________, tell him he is wrong!” Toni whined.

You frowned. Really, guys? Really?

“Oh, _______!” Lizzy noticed you. “What’s up?”

“Did you tell the creepy new kid to screw with me?

“What?”

“Because if you did-“

“No, no, no, of course not. I want you to find a nice guy all by yourself.” She smiled and nodded.

“I don’t need a boyfriend, Liz.”

“I never said that. I just think that it would be nice for you to meet new people.”

“But you just-“ You stopped mid sentence to glare at the BTT who were all leaning towards your conversation and trying to look inconspicuous about it. You set your cheek on your hand with a huff. “Never mind.”

You smiled grudgingly as Francis tried some new, flirty pick-up lines on you.

“Amour, did the sun come out or did you just smile at me?” He held out a rose and wiggled his eyebrows.

You chuckled. “Francis, are you covered in cheese, or is that just you flirting?”

The only man that you fully trusted was your big brother. You got on fine with Gilbert and his friends too, though.  And as much as you believed them to be out of their minds at times, they really did mean well.

“Oh, ja,” Gilbert said over his wurst sandwich, “I invited a couple people over.”

You all turned around and there, walking over to your table was- yeppers- Al and his brother, Matt. Oh joy.

Al walked up behind you and put a hand on your shoulder. You didn’t like the possessive feeling and squirmed a bit.

“Whadaya know!  You’re that doll face from my classes… What was your name again?”

“Please tell me you did not forget my name after making my first two classes hell.”

“I’m just kiddin, babe. Looks like we have some mutual friends, though.” He plopped down next to you and wrapped an arm around your shoulders, pulling you close.

You didn’t like this possessive vibe he was giving off. It reminded you too much of your last boyfriend. You started to feel a little sick.

“Amour, you look a little pale?” Francis leaned towards you with a concerned expression.

“Um-just… lightheaded.” You clenched your fists.

Elizaveta noticed your change in countenance, and her momma-bear claws started to come out. You looked to the BTT in distress.

“Amigo, would you mind letting go of the chica?” Spain asked ever politely.

“Why? She your girl?”

“No.”

“Then what the hell are you-“

“Verdammt, let go of her.” Gilbert growled.

Everyone was bristling, seemingly ready for a school altercation.
You looked to Al’s brother for a little help, but he only seemed mildly amused by the whole situation. Couldn’t he see that his brother was causing a problem? Your anger at Matt was able to distract you from your fear long enough to push Al’s arm off yourself and stand quickly. You looked at the whole group with a disapproving frown before setting off for the library.

Al stared after you for a while. He didn’t really think he’d gone too far at all, but everybody was super tense right, so he didn’t know what to think. One thing he did know was that he hated seeing you with tears in your eyes. No, you were too pretty for that. But he’d just met you.

Why does she make me feel this way when I haven’t even known her for an entire day?

----------

You managed to dodge Al in-between classes, but after school was a different story. You thought you’d seen the last of him until you felt a tentative tap on your shoulder. You turned to see Al looking at you with an uncharacteristically shy smile.

“Hey babe.”

You noticed his missing tooth when he spoke.

“I didn’t notice before, are you missing a tooth?” You said.

“Well, yeah, but the other guy is missing, like, five.

You smiled a bit at that.

“Did the sun come out or did you just smile at me?” He gasped comically.

You snorted and put a hand over your mouth to try to hold it in, but it wasn’t long before you were doubled over laughing.

“Hey, whoa, are you okay?” He said, patting you on the back.

This made you laugh harder. “Al, have you been hanging out with Francis?!”

“Well, we have a couple classes together.” He said a little embarrassed.

“I can tell. Leave it to Francis to get someone like you to use a corny pickup line.” You shook your head.

Al’s expression drooped when you said that. “Oh… Someone like me?”

“Well, yeah. A few hours ago you were throwing paper wads at my head.”

Al chuckled. “Oh, I see.”

You and the red haired boy walked together to the school parking lot.

“So what was up at lunch?” He asked with raised eyebrows.

“Don’t even worry about it, Al.”

“But I am worried about it!”

You rolled your eyes. “For the love of God, why?”

“Because your cool and it would take something really un-cool to freak you out like that.”

“Are you calling yourself really un-cool?” You asked.

Al opened his mouth to speak but then paused, and hung his head. “I made that one too easy, didn’t I.”

“Yeah, yeah you did.”

You wouldn’t admit this, but you were really enjoying the attention he was giving you.

Generally when you made it clear to a boy that you weren’t interested, they left you alone. Whereas Al just walked next to you, sneaking winks and smirks.

“Can I give you a ride?” He asked, bringing you away from your thoughts.

“Nope, I’m just gonna walk.”

“Well, can I walk you home?” He offered.

“No, I’ll be fine, thanks.” You bit your lip. You really did want him to walk you home. You enjoyed his company. No! You wouldn’t let yourself get your hopes up.
You looked up at the tall teen. He actually looked disappointed, but then he smiled and ruffled your hair.

“I won’t give up on you ______   ______. One of these days, I’ll get you.” He whipped on some sunglasses and strutted away. What a strange man.

Oh well, Kuro would be missing you. You walked home with the red eyed, auburn haired boy on your mind.
Oh dear, oh dear. Alfie, you should really stick to bashing skulls and leaving the picking-up to Francis. If you hadn't noticed, and is pretty much just a big fluff-ball in this series. XD :iconitssofluffyplz: BUT THAT'S HOW I LIKE IT!

So enjoy my lovelies! New part tomorrow. :icon2pamericaplz: <--- Ey ey ey :icongetsomeplz:
